This picture was labeled only "David Cohen, cpl 600th a/c mechanic" in the Randy Stange's photo collection.

The date is unknown but the A/C number is visible. It is 42-102507, a 600th A/C which arrived 28 April 1944 as N8-N, but changed to N8-F in July 1944. It was Missing in Action March 18, 1945.

Cpl. David Cohen is painting the 52nd mission label on the aircraft. Analysis someday of the flights of 42-102507 may help yield the approximate date of the photograph.
